Mr. Cheng Phanny is a co-founder of CDS Law Firm and he has been a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2011.
EDUCATION: He graduated with his Master’s Degree in Law, majoring in Land and Patrimony Law from the University Jean Moulin Lyon3, France, and the Royale University of Law and Economics in 2012. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Law in 2010 from Build Bright University. He also received Associate Degree of Business Administrative, majoring in Accounting and Finance at Build Bright University in 2002.
PROFESSIONAL AREA: legal consultation on land dispute resolution, case analyzing, litigation cases, contract and bank law.
