Mr. Huot Sovan has been a member of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia since 2017. He had worked for local NGOs concerning with women and children program for more than 8 years.

EDUCATION: He successfully completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Royal University of Law and Economics in 2005.

PROFESSIONAL AREA: legal consultation concerning to litigation procedures, litigation cases, contract and banking legal frameworks.
